Kāinga Ora developments are vital across all regions of Aotearoa to ensure all New Zealanders have safe and warm housing. RDCL has worked closely with Kāinga Ora across several projects in Hawke’s Bay, specifically in Hastings and Flaxmere.
RDCL delivered onsite geotechnical investigations, including CPT for liquefaction and produced foundation designs for both resource and building consents. We positively engaged with local communities from start to finish within both occupied housing estates and greenfield areas.
RDCL has offices across several regions of New Zealand, allowing our engineers who are local to the towns and suburbs to help recognise the mana of the land we work on. We have a vested interest in engineering for Kāinga Ora in our communities.
