Culture, laughter.
Televiewer Logging in the North Island. Working on larger scale projects from Penlink, Northern Interceptor, and Kaimai Dam namely. Rain, wind, shine, or potential flood event looming nothing is more rewarding than completing a day out in the field. RDCL has given me the opportunity to work with specialised equipment and learn skills and problem solve early in my career. From project managing, business development, fieldwork and reporting every project brings a new set of challenges ready to be tackled.
Respect. Respecting oneself, each other, the land and the sea. Being part of a company that prides ourselves in respecting New Zealand heritage and land is important when working in a geotechnical industry.
Being part of a company that allows you to grow beyond your general scope of work. Being able to work on a range of projects, be incorporated in business development and being able to participate in internal and external training. Every week is different with a new set of challenges.
Sports! Whether its playing rugby or cheering on the Mighty Auckland Blues, sports have always been special to me. The banter, the crying, the laughing or putting your head down to get into the zone.
