What’s your most memorable project?
Padcal Mines. It was my first time to see a tailings dam. Witnessing our tools and team in action was really fascinating. It’s really fun learning new things outside the office.

What do you love about working at RDCL?
RDCL cares about safety. Aside from the quality of work the workers provide, the company makes sure that the people are wearing full battle gear going to site. Flexible working hours is also a plus.
Where or how do you reset and recharge?
On most weekends, I go to farms and beaches, sipping coconut juice and eating ripe mango.
